Nightwing (2016-) #50 Kindle & comiXology

The character I know in love is gone. I strongly dislike this new character. Nightwing is not Wolverine. I don't know why DC as a company would go this route with this character. I hope you guys figure it out soon or you lose me as a reader of this character forever.

The story and art are good so I can’t give it a bad rating but Dick is so changed. He’s become a major jerk. I’m hoping this is not a permanent change. It’s just not Dick Grayson. Keeping him this way would be a definite risk on the part of DC because he’s such a beloved character.

After the event in Batman, Dick is going through major changes in his life by being edgy or raw. I was curious and decided to read. It was all right.

I don’t say this often but this is the first time I’d say it’s worth the asking price. I’m a huge Nightwing/ Dick Grayson fan. At first, I was hesitating because Dick Grayson’s character was changing into something completely new and different. But I think it’s what the series needed. It needed something new. And holy hell when I say it’s good— it’s GOOD. Amazing writing, flawless art by Travis G Moore and my god just the story itself. We all know he’s gonna get his memories back but I’m curious as to how? Anyway, 11/10 my favorite series right now, I recommend the buy— it’s worth your money.

Percy continues to take the character into fresh and new places. Some will find this new direction foreign or too different but I think it's the type of risk the title needs right now. Excellent issue.
