Great item but can arrive melted
This is by far our favourite chocolate here in India but lessons learnt: better to order from Amazon fresh only or get it in the next store. We have ordered many times and the chocolate arrived always intact, nicely packed in reusable ice packs and without damage. But this time they used only two small ice packs for 12 bars of 50g each and everything melted. We can still eat it, no doubt, but it is a pain in the ... to peel the aluminium foil off the chocolate and of course we cannot use the bars as gifts, as we had initially intended to do.I found also out that it is delivered from Kolkata to Bengaluru by plane ... Ok, how else they could do it so fast, and surely a logistic masterpiece, but does that really make sense considering global warming and stuff? It could be also made Amazon fulfilled and delivered directly from their warehouse around the corner...
