When the ACV has reached the "tartness" you like you can put a lid on it or transfer it to a different jar with a lid and start using it just like you would use Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar or other sipping vinegars! Mother of vinegar is a substance composed of a form of cellulose and acetic acid bacteria that develops on fermenting alcoholic liquids, which turns alcohol into acetic acid with the help of oxygen from the air.
