Le Creuset Enameled Cast Iron Signature Saucepan, 2.25 qt., Sea Salt

This is my 4th piece of Le Creuset cookware I’ve bought from Amazon, and it’s as amazing as all the others, which is why I plan to keep expanding my set over time. Pristine condition, durable (will last a lifetime!), and gorgeous colors. Don’t hesitate to buy here on Amazon; you’ll often find better prices than on the Le Creuset website or in stores (although Le Creuset outlet stores sometimes have fantastic deals), and you can absolutely trust that these are 100% authentic and brand new. I really couldn’t be more thrilled with this piece!

Some of the nicest cookware out there. This past year I have been treating myself to new pots and pans and have gone solely with Le Creuset. It's beautiful, conducts heat well and cleans up easy. I love this saucepan; it's a good size for small to medium amounts.

Everything Le Creuset is destined to be an heirloom. You get what you pay for. Exquisite quality, perfect performance. Enamelled cast iron is heavy for some older cooks. If given proper care these pots will outlive everyone. Sad they are discontinuing this Caribbean color.

Great saucepan. Larger than anticipated. Well made and the color is lovely. It’s easy to get carried away with buying but these three are all I need (JMO). I use all three on a regular basis. Yes they are pricey but if it’s in your budget you will not regret it! One con: the lid fits level but not tight, but perhaps it’s not supposed to.

I love how this pan simmers I know that is weird but its hard to find at least for me. Its a great size for cooking long simmering sauces and small batch bread baking. The color is very interesting and that is why I chose it. Its a grey lavendery color very different from the bright colors I own. I have several of these pans and love them all. They are the easiest pans to wash after cooking and always cooks evenly. If you know the brand you know. They last my oldest pan is probably 15 years at least and still looks amazing and have it displayed on my pot tree and have used it countless times.

Love LeCreuset. I have a nice collection but the other pots were too big for something like a can of soup or side of canned vegetables. This works perfectly.

I have slowly increased my Le Creuset enameled cast iron line. I like the heat retention and steady cooking. The enamel coating is non-toxic and also keeps too much iron from leaching. The saucepan doesn't disappoint. I've used it a few times already to make small batches of soup, sauce, and to reheat. It's the same construction and dependability as my other pieces and it's actually a decent price for the bigger saucepan with metal knob on the lid. I give it four stars only because, it would be ideal if it had a spout. I think they used to make it with a spout a long time ago but not sure. I make a lot of sauces and this would make it perfect. Still, in no way does this make me like my saucepan any less. It would just be a very nice perk. I usually keep the lid askew for boiling and sauces to let steam escape so the little lip would also be perfect to keep the lid on and have a small opening for this purpose.

This Le Creuset item is very good for induction hobs. When we first got our new hobs (we switched from a gas system), most of our pots were not effective on it. This pot goes beyond effective, it is perfect. Its a lovely piece of equipment and it will last a while. Lovely colour selection. This pot is always first to go on the hobs as it is so handy. It's easy to clean and easy to see anything stuck on the inside. It's a good size, and can fit quite a lot in it. It's bigger and heavier than all our other pots and pans. Value for money overall is good, as you know you're getting a quality product with Le Creuset, although it does cost a bit of money.

Además de ser bonito, la calidad es insuperable. Lo he utilizado poco pero da mucho gusto cocinar con él, la cocción es más cuidada.
