This stuff definitely has an affect. I have had it for 5 days and find I can actually feel it. It causes relaxation to the degree that my first thought was they should give a warning about operating heavy machinery. Now I find it affecting my sleep, or I think it is. The last few nights I have gotten way more than normal sleep. Last night I got nearly 8 hours when for some years my normal is between 4 and 6 hours. It tastes like water, I slosh it around in my mouth for a couple minutes before swallowing. Anyway that is my first impression and I have taken Magnesium supplements for years.

This is absolutely the best iron supplement I found. Not only it is odorless, colorless and tasteless (like water) and it's easy to take. It causes absolutely no GI side effects. I tired 10 different heme and non hemem iron supplements prior to this one and all cause terrible GI side effects! I had labs verify it's efficacy. However for some that have absorption issues i.e. from low stomach acid, SIBO, leaky gut, h pylori, celiac etc. this supplement alone won't cure anemia. FIrst the root cause will need to be addressed (in my case low stomach acid cause malabsorption and I was not absorbing even this iron on 300 mg/day dose). If your ferritin, cbc, iron panle labs aren't improving on this product start looking for root cause of your iron defficiency and address that ASAP. Don't give up!

I take Nano silver but never considered taking Nano magnesium until now. This seems to work OK for me. It kind of taste like nano silver just slightly metallic. It’s clear. The dosing is a teaspoon or less per day. One teaspoon of magnesium at 30ppm is .03 mg. The body seems to absorb this better than a capsule or tablet. Plus the magnesium form is different in this product.

I'm a huge fan of magnesium and hadn't realized how deficient I was until I began supplementing with a variety of magnesium supplements (magnesium flakes, oil, magnesium citrate) to support good sleep and to counter aching muscles. The Nutrinoche magnesium water supplement seems to be just as effective as the magnesium citrate that I normally take, however, I do not believe that my body absorbs this as readily as magnesium oil applied topically. Having said that, this magnesium water works very well with a cup of tea before bed. That seems to ensure really deep, restful sleep for me. It is tasteless--I'd expected a metallic taste and easy to dispense/take. Overall, great easy option for getting magnesium.

This supplement has no flavor but it works. I buy this for my wife, my 88 year old mother, my 87 year old mother-in- law and one of my daughters. It is the favorite magnesium supplement for each of them. Although this is my first review, I have been buying this for over two years (15 orders) and now usually buy the 32 oz size because it is the most economical.

Hello I have received my magnesium liquid mineral and has received it in good condition,nothing damage or any seal unbroken. I also did received it in a timely time frame.It is to early for me to comment on the effects of taking the product as normally depending on body type and unique body chemistry it will take a while before results are noticed. I will better be in a position to write a second review in a few weeks though of taking this product. Will keep future customers and interested parties posted. Thanks

I would highly recommend Nutrinoche. I have been a customer for some time now and I love to feel healthy and good. I just take a little swig each day and I never get sick and I feel full of energy!
