These have been a life saver! I have so many pairs of shoes that I was unable to wear for any amount of time without having the backs rub my skin off. These are amazing, my skin on the back of my ankles are intact. I’m not limping at the end of the day. I can wear all my flats and low heels to work now! I have them in all my shoes!

These are just what I wanted, but after a short time they are completely flat. I use them for heel pain more so than slippage. I wish they had more dimension to provide heel relief. They adhere well but I use a shoe horn so my heel doesn't get caught on them. The foam ones provide more cushion, but they get stuck on my socks and pull out right away.

I originally bought these for a cowboy boots that were about a half size too big and they do not work for that shoe. It’s really difficult to get them all the way down in correctly and when I put my foot in because of the angle it peals of. I used the extra pairs in heals and it works great! I would just be cautious of how high the shoe goes up your leg when purchasing. I specifically purchased these because I saw them list online as good for boots. They would probably work for ankle boots.

i have narrow feet and small ankles. This can be problematic for certain styles and brands of shoes. i bought these to go into my FRYE boots because they notoriously have wide heels. I put them in all of them an it made an immediate difference. No more boot flopping of my heel with each step. I like the fact that they are leather and will conform to the shape of your foot as you wear them.

I bought these to tighten up the fit on my new boots which are a half size too big (most footwear brands stop making half sizes at 12.5 US and I wear a 13.5-14 US. They didn't stick well to the material inside my Justin Driller work boots so I removed them and threw them away.

Where were these like 10 years ago. I spent over $100 on shoes and they still got my customary hole divots in the back. This product not only fixed that/covered the ouchie holes. But it also helps with my heel slipping around in the shoe, which caused the holes. I do not care for the brown color but the black is very nice in my new shoes.

I wanted to make my boot heels stop sliding. The product worked great for first wear but came unglued when I took my foot out of the boot. Completely not worth the money! Will try and go to a shoe store that can more permanently fix the issue for life of boot. Really difficult to put them in the boot to have to put them in every time

I've used a couple of other heel pads to size up narrow fitting shoes and these have been the most durable pads.I've had a pair on my Ultraboosts for months and they show no signs of falling off. Got a few more to put on more shoes and will definitely put them on future shoes
