I am so happy to with my purchase and these exercise charts as to how to use free weights, cables, kettle bell and much more to target specific body parts. I've been a tape girl my whole exercise life, but now that I'm 57 I wasn't seeing or able to tone or see the results I was use to. I went to visit my son, a marine stationed in Japan age that I really should change from tapes to strength training. For the 18 days, I was there, I went to the gym with him and by the end of my trip 18 days later already started feeling better and starting to see changes starting. I have fallen in love with strength training, but found once I got back home, without his help I was really floundering as to not knowing which weights to use or which exercises to do for which body part.During my search for guidance as to something that will help me continue my strength training here at home I came across this package of Quickfit exercise chart. This is AMAZING. These instructions are easy to follow and highlight the exact area each particular exercise focuses on which is priceless for someone like me just starting out. These are well made and the perfect size. I couldn’t recommend these charts more to those like me who are just starting out or someone who is looking to make up a variety of routines. 10 Stars!!!

Exactly as advertised
These are perfect for "decorating" the home gym and functional too. Awesome the way they're printed on both sides so you can choose which direction to hang them. The exercise diagrams are clear and the diagram showing which muscles are used is PERFECT for trying to plan your own routine, find substitutions for things you're ready for a break from, etc. Having cement walls in our basement, I opted to put grommets on the top two corners of each poster, then suspended them from the floor joists with fishing line - thumb tacked at the top, then hooked on a spread open paperclip at the bottom. This way I can shuffle them around in the gym if I want to. The only negative, and I can't really count it as a negative, is they tend to want to curl a bit, even after I've rolled them inside out several times. No biggee and would probably be cured by keeping them rolled that way for several days, I just haven't bothered. If you're tacking them to a wall rather than suspending them as I did, it wouldn't even happen. Lastly, just an idea - I'm using little squares of painter's tape (easy to remove) to mark which exercises I'm most interested in. You could also use the 3M post-it flags.

Workout Posters
These are nice to have with great information for various exercises. Wish they had a hole in the center at the top to hang them on the wall, but can make do.

Great guide
If you get bored easy with the same work out, these are great! It is divided by upper body, back, lower body, total body and shows you the muscles each workout targets. So it is easy to look and plan your workouts better to focus on the groups you want. It takes the guess work out of working out "am I doing the right one for the goal I am trying to reach" that becomes a question you never ask yourself again with these posters. Oh and they are laminated, so you can use sticky notes, dry erase markers or chalk markers to make seeing which ones you want to do easily too!

Great posters but…
The posters are great quality and nicely laminated. The only tiny thing I don’t like is that the muscular/skeletal system & the stability ball/yoga poses vol.2 posters are not 2-sided. Other than that, absolutely awesome!

Big, Bold, and Durable. Endless workouts on BOTH SIDES of each Poster!
So I bought these posters for my home gym that I am installing in the garage. I’ve always been into working out but sometimes I find my self not really knowing what to do with all the equipment I have or if I’m using proper form. I ordered these posters not only to help give a constant visual for ideas but I also really love the look!! There big, bold, neatly designed and make a great “fitness mural on the wall! The one thing I don’t like but it’s a SMALL dislike is that each poster is DOUBLE SIDED. I didn’t know which side to have facing out since both sides are full of workouts.. other than that no complaints! The large in size and very durable with its laminate covering. Very durable and worth the price!!
