I bought this as a way of getting my old Lego collection from my childhood started back up. It comes with a great variety of bricks for whatever small projects you may have. Works well as a grab bin for extra parts. The parts snap together really easily, especially with similarly shaped blocks. Fun for kids and adults with a building hobby. Stand up to damage about as well as most Lego sets I've used in the past. Looking forward to adding these to various non-brand projects in the future.

I purchased this to have a set of Lego toys at my house for my grandchildren. They love to play with Legos but at ages 3 and 5 are not ready for the large sets. I like that this came in a cute box to store them in, but I was a little disappointed that there weren't more actual rectangle bricks and a lot of very small pieces. The 5-year-old has enjoyed building several of the projects that were in the book and we have enjoyed playing with the Legos but only wish they had more bigger pieces and not so many small ones.

Legos are the one of the few plastic toys that are worth the price - they last forever and are so versatile. I am delighted to get a set for a sale price - since they NEVER go on sale! These are a little advanced for my 1-year-old grandson, so I'll put them away for later. I love that they come in their own box. I might even open it and play with them myself. I know I'm not the only parent who loved to sit with their kid and build stuff ;)
