Addictive
Came sooner than expected with Prime. The dry rub seasoning is delicious. I've used it on about 40 pieces of meat and it goes a long way. There is no need to put this to marinade after applying to your meat or vegetable.Using the product was a breeze and it folded into my kitchen canister without a problem. It seasons chicken very well. There is no oily residue and the seasoning does not leave an after taste or appear grainy once applied.I used fresh lime, lime zest and salt as my base before I sprinkle a spoonful of this magic rub.I would highly recommend this product to anyone who appreciates spice and heat on their pallette. It is not recommended for children or kids consumption. It's HOT pepper.I used this dry rub on chicken lamb chops and corn. Roasted covered in a hot electric oven for 40 mins then crisp uncovered for another ten to fifteen. The water was drained and then put on the stove top to simmer a reduction pepper sauce. It's delectable with the lime juice.I am so blown away with the product, I plan to subscribe monthly just to try IYA BRANDed other items.Great choice I am happy with.

Makes Seasoning Meat So Easy!
For my family cooking, this seasoning is everything! I've been using this brand for over four years now and its one of my auto-subs. The versatility of how to use it is endless. I've used it on all meats -including salmon, in my spaghetti sauce and slow-cooked creamy beans and soups. I've even liberally used in plant-based cooking to get rid of the bitter-twang taste some plant-based *meats* can have. It makes an excellent rub for marinating and the flavors are bold, well blended and complement each other. There is *no* sweetness. There is *no* strong curry taste. I use it liberally without measuring because that's just how I cook. Because I always have back-stock, I sometimes give it away as a host gift when I bring over a dish.

Tasty and hot
Reminds me of Nando's Peri Peri sauce. Taste great with beef, chicken and veggiesI'll buy more in the future especially during prime Tuesday and black Friday. After buying 3 bags this summer, they ran out of stock.

Lots of flavors, not too strong!
I made a dish that I remember from my childhood: Chicken Piri-Piri. My mom use to make it - a very simple dish: 1 whole chicken, rice, green peas, butter, onion and Piri-Piri. Simply cook the chicken and remove from the boiling water/stock when done, but keep the chicken stock. Use a different large pan, and fry the onion and the green peas. While doing this, pull all the meat of the chicken, and the meat to the dry. Add rice and Piri-Piri, and let it fry for a bit more. The cover it all with the chicken stock, same amount you would normally do when cooking rice. Cover and let it boil on low for 30 minutess or so, until all the stock has vaporized. Add butter and stir around why it is melting (can be substituted with vegan butter or Glee). Serve as is, or with pancake/bread. This Piri-Piri had a very good and rich flavor that on my first bite brough back the memories of my childhood. I will for sure get it again.

Some like it hot... for Piri Piri this is the Real Deal
This is about as ideal and authentic a Piri Piri spice blend as one could hope to find. The ingredient list alone tells all you need to know, but actually using it really seals the deal. Great on both chicken and fish, highly recommended!

Not the best texture
Wow what can I say? 1 star for color, 1 half star for ingredients, the other half for packaging and the last star for flavor somewhat, but I’m definitely not pleased with the grind at all. Seems like I either got the bottom blend or the top blend and all the smooth parts are in between. Not a big fan of large ground bits and there’s a lot of that going on here. Had to sieve it out which seems to reduce the spicy flavor but I definitely don’t want the bits sticking to my food or getting between my teeth. I might not buy this again depending on how much it adds to the flavor profile I’m looking for.

Great flavor
Disclaimer: we’d never had piri piri before. Happily, I read somewhere that not all piri piri is the same. Use a light touch and add more if desired. This was easy to use, just sprinkle it on to chicken before baking. The flavor is good. It has a bit of heat at the back. I was happy with that. The fam thought they’d like more and sprinkled more than they’d bargained for. There’s enough in the package for several meals at our taste level.

Still looking
Best piri piri I’ve found in the US so far but not as good as I’ve had in Portugal.
