The problem with ordering plants online is how they are packaged and how the courier handles the package.When they arrived, there was no 'fragile' or handle with care on the package, all it said was 'this way up' which is hardly an indication of the fragility of the contents.When I opened the package, soil was everywhere, and most of the plants displaced from the pots.Fortunately, none were damaged and after placing them in my own decorative pots and soil, they seem to be thriving.

I am quite happy with my little collection of plants. Packed nicely and no damaged was incurred.

I appreciate that the selection was random but this was extremely poor. While the packaging inside was good , the box did not have a 'this way up' so the label meant they were upside down. they were so dry and wilted a lot of soil and 2 of the plants had fallen out of their plant pots. Will not be recommending or buying again

Six very different plants, arrived in good condition, well packaged.

On arrival the plants appeared to be packaged ok although some had lost their soil in the box.Watered them then allowed excess water to drain before re potting in correct compost. However 2 are slowly dying and 2 have almost no leaves left. The others seem ok at the moment but not holding my breath.Expected better.

Lovely little succulents - all different. Delighted.

Poor section and one came covered in earth and a particular type that you can’t brush off the soil.
