Excellent , highly rated, extra safety features.
I bought the large size and the helmet fit perfectly. The manufacture supplies extra pads to help adjust the fit. No strap instructions included. I found excellent strap adjustment instruction on YouTube. I worn this helmet in a Sprint triathlon and it was comfortable throughout the ride. I purchased this helmet primarily because the extra safety features.

Fits nicely, seems lightweight, looks good too. The Louis Garneau products always seem to combine good quality with an affordable price point.
