Albany Lane 6-Piece Folding Dining Set By Mainstays, Patio Table, Chair, Umbrella, Set, Outdoor Decorations, (Tan)

I was just outside looking at this set and it struck me how well it has held up for the past two years. It was very affordable, and 5 of the pieces are still in very good condition. I would buy this again and recommend it to anyone looking for a table on the smaller side. I have had to replace the umbrella several times, but that's been several different brands, so I don't hold that against this manufacturer.

Nice, quality outdoor set, especially for the price. Easy to assemble and looks nice. I noticed people complaining in their reviews that the umbrella base is missing. The description doesn't say an umbrella base is included. ;)

When I recieved the product all the pieces arrived and nothing was broken. It gave easy to follow instructions to put together and gave the tools necessary. The umbrella fabric had some stains on it but was not a deal breaker for us as it's going to be outside anyway. It is a cute table and chair set convenient for someone with a small space. One thing I dislike is that I dont see anywhere on the chairs that can lock them into place while they are open my kids have a hard time scooting the chairs in and out of the table without them starting to fold on them. Other wise it was worth the money spent.
