First and foremost, please please please do not pay any attention to one of the reviews here that states the bowl is dangerous if used daily because of the frequency. As a qualified Sound Therapist I can guarantee that this is isnt true and has been repeated time and time again by unqualified conspiracy theorists. I have been using crystal singing bowls in 532hz and other frequencies for many years with no ill effects. My clients have not had any negative effects either so you can use this bowl and many others, knowing it will heal you, not harm you. Now as a Sound Healing Therapist I purchased the Sacral Chakra bowl from Kelody. I have in excess of 11 bowls made by TOPFUND and I have to admit that the bowls by Kelody are far superior. The thickness of the bowl at the rim is perfect to give a long drawn out tone when the bowl is struck or made to sing. The colours are vibrant and the overall quality of the bowls are amazing. I honestly highly recommend these bowls to all sound therapist and anyone who is simply interested in holistic healing and/or sound therapy

I have tested the note of this bowl. It tests as an E4 note, which is associated with the solar plexus, so not the sacral D note I wanted.

This is a beautiful singing bowl.It is not extremely heavy but being a quartz singing bowl it has some weight to it. It is really easy to use, all tools are provided including the rubber circle that it should be sitting on.It emits a really powerful vibration when you use it and it’s perfect for cleansing energy overall.Performance of the singing bowl is amazing and it honestly works great.Well worth the price.

I was shocked by this bowl. I’ve used many Kelody Singing Bowls in my Sound Therapy Sessions but for some reason this bowl simply wouldn’t sing for me. I know how to use Singing Bowls, I have over 15 of them and half are Kelody but this one simply wouldn’t sing. I tried several mallets and nothing. I used my TOPFUND Base Chakra bowl and it sang beautifully but not this one. Maybe Kelody need to look into this to see if it’s a bad batch of bowls. I’m sad I have to write this and leave 3 stars but I have to be honest. The look of the bowl was lovely but the sound was non existent hence the 3 stars.
