Love this product. Easy to take

Okay, I know it's bad to rely on stimulant laxatives.THAT SAID, these supplements work wonders for my system, which moves at turtle-like speed (due to an unfortunate combination of factors). I take one in the morning with a light breakfast and one at night with dinner. If you're new to castor oil, definitely start with one!They're fairly gentle on the stomach, but a little bit of food is a must. I wouldn't wish the fennel burps on my enemies, but they're not unbearable.Anyway ... Don't lean on stimulant laxatives. If you definitely need the movement, these supplements make your guts move. 🤷‍♂️

Good to use for irregularity, natural and effective

If you're like me & have childhood trauma from taking heaping spoonfuls of nasty castor oil, then this is the solution you need :) LOL I'd vowed to never EVER take castor oil again, and I kept that promise for nearly 30 years! But last year I needed something safe to 'help me' when I changed over to a more raw vegetable and protein heavy diet. This was the key! Plus, it's good for hair and skin :) So, I recommend this product to looking for an easy, tasteless way to take castor oil.Note: I usually take 2 capsules at a time. I make sure to drink plenty of water and sometimes have a cup of coffee with them :)
