It's ok my feet still hurt maybe it takes a bit to get use to it the small tool for raising or lowering the arch support doesn't work it was on level 3 when I get em I didn't put any pressure when I put the tool to adjust the arch it doesn't turn idk disappointed in this product for the price I paid

This is true arch support and a well made product. I've worn arch supports for years, and highly recommend this product. Its true support and not just a lump of foam under your arch. The heel cup is designed to position the arch support correctly and allows your foot to work naturally not just fill the voids. Do follow the directions and use for a few hours the first few days. Because you'll notice a difference, so allow time to get used to them. As far as the negative reviews regarding the adjustment - read and follow the directions. Have the heel pad facing up when inserting the key. It'll seem backwards, but the key easily slips into place. And then click it to your desired setting. It doesn't turn very far, so describing as a click might make more sense. When the heel is turned up, you can see the settings of 1,2,3 on the support. I've used expensive supports and I've used cheap supports and I believe this is one of the best and well worth the price. I'd highly recommend it to anyone that's looking for support to help their feet and relieve pain and discomfort. Simply because it seems to have the technology that actually supports and allows the foot to work naturally. I've been using them for about a month in various shoes and actually feel like taking a walk after work instead of having cramping and pain in my feet.

So I've had these for a few months. It took a little while to get used to them. I spend more than 9 hours a day on my feet, and usually my feet are angry with me by the time I get home from work. My feet aren't screaming at me as much. What I have noticed though is my ankles seem to feel more supported because my posture seems to have improved. I noticed my ankle isn't rolling inward.Update: Reduced the overall rating to a 3. I bought these before Covid, and wore them for a short period of time before being laid off for 4 months. Wore them for another few months when I went back to work the first time and they seemed just okay, they didn't feel like they did when I first got them, literally only wore them for less than a month initially. Laid off again and didn't wear my work shoes for a couple of months and came back to work recently and my feet are suffering. Trying a different brand. The key got stripped when trying to adjust them, thinking maybe I just needed to readjust them. A bit disappointed. Didn't deduct more stars simply because one thing I did notice is that it has helped me from rolling my ankle.

I purchased this for my teen son as he has a fallen arch that runs in the family. He always felt tired and lethargic and I didn't realize that it was directly connected to his shoes. I spent I would say hundreds of dollars by now on trying to find the right shoe or insole for him. While I was recently trying to find yet another shoe for him, I came across this Orthotic insole. I said, what do I have to lose? As a parent you will do anything you can to alleviate the suffering of your child.I am so happy I purchased this insole! It fit perfectly in his shoe and can wear it in any style of shoe he chooses. He no longer has pain in his feet and no longer feels tired. I see him with more energy to do more of what he likes to do.Super happy with these SelectFlex insoles.Money well spent, Highly recommend!

The SelectFlex easily fit into my sneakers. I tested the insoles walking in my development and felt the compression comfort as a welcomed improvement. Wish I could afford another pair. Happy my family recommended me such a good product 👟

I thought the idea of the adjustable arch was neat, but the execution was poor. The adjustment mechanism is cheap and not easy to tell what setting it is on. I the only way I knew it was working was to put my finger on the tube and feel it inflate more. The arch support is good. However there is no cushioning in the heel and after wearing them around the house then gradually working up to a run, my heels just hurt so bad! They are also too wide for all but my wide shoes and can't be cut to fit smaller widths. I returned them and bought easy feet which also have good arch support, but also has heel cushioning, fits my shoes better, and cost way less than these.

I love these. I'm flat footed in both feet but my left foot is more flat than my right so being adjustable is perfect for me. I use #3 on my left & #1 on my right. It took me a while to get use to these but within two weeks, it was perfect. I have no pain in my arch of my foot after my cardio workout, no need to put an ice pack around my arch area of my foot. Thumbs up!

First off I was excited when I saw this product being someone who has suffered from flat feet all my life. Taking it out of the box I was immediately disappointed by the quality. I immediately felt this was not made in the USA or someone lacked quality control. The insert is poorly glued to the rear heal support and almost came unglued as I attempted to insert into my shoes. The front area is very very flimsy and difficult to insert flat because it kept bending and double stacking in the front of the shoe due to its flimsiness. Regardless I decided to give it a chance assuming it’s a new product and the manufacturer has some defects to sort out early on. To my huge disappointment I found the arch support which should be in the middle of the foot to be too far back toward the heal by about 1” on the left foot and easily 1 1/2” on the right foot. Very odd but maybe I thought that they knew something I didn’t. I used it about 3 times to see if it would break in and provide comfort which it absolutely did not to my dismay. I feel awkward returning it after using it but I wish I could due to the cost. Anyway, it’s no where near where I hoped it would be unfortunately and in my closet it will sit collecting dust until I toss it out.

Best insoles I have ever had. Pricey but do what they say.
