The play mat that is included is really colorful and had lots of details on it. But we felt that it was not big enough or sturdy enough. I took it to a copy business and had it blown up to 3'x 3' and printed on canvas like they make banners on. Our 3 year old granddaughter will be able to enjoy playing with this for a long time. There are lots of types of dinosaurs with this kit and and a sheet that teaches facts about different dinosaurs.

My 2 year old just absolutely LOVES this set, this was one of his Christmas presents and it was his favorite! He plays with all the Dino's all the time and if we take it away for a couple of days he starts asking for it. I would recommend to laminate the paper since it will be torn by your toddler. Material is good, a couple of the trees did break but that's to be expected, and they provide so many darn trees that it's not noticeable.

Bought this for Christmas and my 4 y/o son and he loves this. My only complaint is that the map it comes with is just like a thin piece of flimsy plastic (same material as disposable place mats for kids). I was hoping it was better quality and that it was big enough to hold all the pieces, but it is not. It's cute and comes with a lot of cool things though so for the value I would buy again

Good set. The pieces are very colorful and seem to be of decent quality for the price. Great for creative play. Only drawback is the playmat. One of the images makes it look like it's a felt playmat. But it's actually just a thin sheet of printed paper (thinner than a magazine cover), so it's super easy to tear. Comes folded, so you have to iron it if you want it to be flat like the pictures. Get a better playmat separately or laminate this one if your kid cares about having a playmat.

This was very disappointing. First, it should not have humans since there were no humans living with dinosaurs. Also, the dinosaurs were poor quality; one of the feet was broken off. The volcano was nice but broke in half less than 20 minutes after my Grandson played with it. The mat is very small and the trees do not stand up. There are also way too many trees compared with other items. Definitely not worth the money.

It’s cute but the container was busted at the bottom so now I have to find another way to store all the pieces.

This was a birthday present for someone and he loved it. My own child now keeps asking for it. He liked the scenery and cave people that came with it.

Great stability, fun to play with. Great size.
