I was tired of having to check strands of incandescent lights to figure which bulb had burnt out, so in a fit of frustration after my wife and I spent an hour checking our old strands, I bought these as a replacement. I've been leery of switching to LEDs for Christmas lights because they are often too cool - the colors aren't quite right, and they clearly look like LEDs. I prefer the warmth of incandescent lights, and most LEDs that I've seen can't replicate this look.Unfortunately, these lights have this issue. It's clear that the lights are LEDs, and the colors are a little too cool for my taste. The lights also aren't all that bright; I put 400 lights (two strands) on my tree, and the tree is MUCH dimmer compared to a similar number of incandescent lights. The other annoyance with these lights is that they cannot be connected end-to-end - at least I couldn't figure how to do it - without some splicing. Keep this in mind if you're going to use multiple strands to light a single item. In my case, the two strands had to be plugged in separately and one strand run up the back of the tree to finish lighting the top. For those reasons I gave these 4 stars, but I suppose that's a little unfair since those aren't issues with these lights specifically and more a problem with LEDs in general.On the good side, the bulbs themselves are extremely small and the wires fairly thin, making it very easy to hide everything in the tree. The bulbs also stay nice and cool, which is a plus. These have a remote that allow for a few different lights modes - for example, flashing, pulsing, alternating colors, etc. - but I didn't really care for how any of the modes looked so I haven't been using them. But that's there and worked fine if that's your thing. Time will tell as far as durability; the real test will be if they still work next year when I pull them out of storage.On the whole, these aren't terrible lights, and I suppose I got what I paid for. I just don't like the LED look and I wish that these were brighter. But, assuming I don't have to spend hours checking strands and replacing bulbs, those negatives will be well worth the trade-off of convenience. I'll probably still be on the lookout for a warmer set of LEDs, but for now these will do the job.

I've used them for a week and I am very pleased. The colors are good. The timer works well. (I do wish it stayed on for 8 hours rather than only 6 - the winter nights are long here in the Pacific Northwest. I could use a separate timer but I'm lazy.)

Lights work and look great!! They were a decent price.The timer function is nice to have. Ours never works the right way bc of when we turn them on but if we tried hard enough to time it right it would be perfect, haha!Great buy

These are satisfactory. They are bright enough, and the extra features are nice to have. The timer feature is extremely basic- push a button to start the timer and the lights will come on for six hours, then off for 18 hours, cycling like that. No finer control of the timer is possible but you can make it work. Minus two points for having a fake brand name and being the exact same generic Chinese product that is also sold under probably dozens of other brand names.

The media could not be loaded.  Love these lights! There are so many light modes, bright, and can be on a timer. They add so much personality and life to our new Christmas tree. I love a lot of lights on my tree so this was perfect for my 6ft tree.

I have purchased multipleLights over the years and these were so easy to put up and the timer was even easier! I loved all the different light function options. Brightness was perfect and looked great outside for Halloween. Would purchase again.

These are perfect for decorating with an outlet plug. Tired of battery options!
