Size should say, fits most "toddlers". I'm 5'10, 190lbs and wear a size 12 or medium. After I squeezed my head in, that's where the journey ended; there was no way this cape was getting over my shoulders. This item is ridiculously small. There's no opening and absolutely no stretch to this fabric at all. It would be best suited for a small child or a doll.

In my opinion this item was junk, the decorations were fall off when i opened the bag the more you moved it the more fell off. The size was also misleading runs very small. Please don't waste your time,effort or money buying this item.

Very unhappy the jewels keep falling off it. And it was for my wedding but cant use it now with half the jewels missing

never received the correct scarf shown - the one that I did get was going to cost more to ship back so I kept it - very tight neck - use for thin neck

Didn't fit well on the shoulders. I gave it away to someone else.

Pretty but very small, only covers shoulders.
