I found this moisturizer really thick, which kind of sounds like a bad way to start a positive review... But the feel of this product is unlike any moisturizer I've used before. The texture is creamy and viscous, almost like pudding (I keep making it sound gross, I'm not trying to, I promise). Although it is thick, it is very hydrating. You can feel hydration penetrating to the deepest layer of your skin almost immediately. Also, you really only need a small amount. A little bit of this stuff really does go a long way. 10/2022 Update: So it’s been almost three years since I initially left this review and I wanted to give an update. I’ve been a skincare junkie for years now and giving yourself that title comes with a territory. You tend to try on a lot of different products and at times this means putting your skin through a gauntlet. Since I first tried this moisturiser almost three years ago, it has reigned supreme as my most purchased semi-luxury (I use that word because $30 for a moisturiser isn’t the most expensive price point- but for most of us; it isn’t cheap by any means) moisturiser. Here are the two biggest reasons I keep coming back to it: 1) the effects are immediate: not many moisturisers on the market make a demonstrable difference in skin texture and vibrancy after a single use: this one does. Because of the price point I try not to indulge in this product every day. But on days my skin feels extra tired- using this at night will almost ensure my skin looks demonstrably better the next morning. Sleeping in this moisturiser improves my skin’s firmness, luminosity, and elasticity the very next morning. 2) comfort: this product has always done well with my skin. You know how sometimes your skin just randomly gets tired of a product? There are a number of serums I just need to take a break from for months at a time- but this product has always been gentle and easy for my skin to absorb without an irritation. I don’t know if it’s because the molecules are smaller as advertised, or because the HA matrix they use is of better quality- I’m not a scientist. but it always feels nice even when my skin is irritated from the environment or from a breakout, or a bad reaction to a new product: this moisturiser has always been comfortable to wear.

I already use Hanskin Hyaluron essence first, but sealing it with this incredibly fluffy, pure dream moisturizer blows up the glow. The pic is my face before bed. You see what I mean? I am not even aiming for glass skin but this is as close as you can get and for such a reasonable price. All I used was witch hazel after I washed, then a few cycles of the Hanskin essence. After putting this moisturizer on, I literally can't keep my hands off my face. It feels so good. Not just a softness, it's a bounciness. It feels dewy and cool on my face. I'm loyal to Hanskin products and this is my first time using their moisturizer. I am always impressed but this one takes the cake. I cannot get over the texture and what a pleasure it is to put on every day. This is what luxury feels like. Try it. You won't be sorry. UPDATE MAY 2025 See my new video. Great product. Best face cream I have tried. Clear. Smells good, not too strong. Very smooth, perfect texture.

It hydrated my skin but left it feeling kind of sticky to the touch. A little went a long way though but it only lasted me about just a bit shy of 2 months. I used it during winter when my skin needed extra help. I honestly wouldnt purchase this again not my favorite. If you are looking for that shiny glass skin look this will do it but otherwise there’s better moisturizers out there…

This is one of my favorite staples. It's exceptionally hydrating and my face is a desert. I do like that I don't feel greasy either as the product soaks in well .

I love this product! I use this facial cream at night because it has a thicker consistency. I have combination skin and this product doesn’t feel too oily. It may feel a little bit tacky at first, only because it’s thick, but soon after it’ll feel like it’s not there. Also the fragrance is very fresh and has a very pleasant smell; almost a mixture of fruit and floral. I pair this with the Hanskin Hyaluron Essence and it just feels right.
