Great Quality, easy swallow and has DPA also
I love that this does not give any fish flavors or burps or other digestive issues. I also love that it also has DPA in addition to EPA and DHA.

Big pills but do go down with a big gulp of water

surprisingly easy to swallow
Although this by far is my largest supplement, the shape of the pill makes it easy to swallow. (Especially if you toss it in your mouth with a mouth full of water and your head forward, it just floats to the back of your throat without any effort.) yes this does have a fish, burp effect, but even the highest quality supplements do cause it from time to time. So I always take this at night.

Best omega 3
I have been taking this omega 3 for years . I used to buy it at Publix but now I get it at Amazon since is basically the same price and more convenient for me . It is the same Ocean Blue product .

Not a good substitut for the smaller size pills--fishy burps!
These were offered as a comparable substitute for my monthly subscription as it was out of stock. The ingredients are the same as far as I can tell but the two smaller pills never gave any fishy burps-these however do & they are enormous!!! You take two daily just as with the smaller ones but I won’t reorder or ever allow substitution again.
