Liteaid LA-268 Full Body Massage Pad

In early January I purchased 2 Massage Pads.One is still working great hopefully it does not break down.The other broke down, one segment kept running no matter what. I received a returnauthorization, with a promise of new replacement, once the item returned.I returned the Massage Pad via their return authorization, and it's been overa month now, and NOTHING. I've requested a update twice by email,and still NOTHING. Product is only good as it's SERVICE/SUPPORT. :(UPDATE: Reported this problem to Amazon.com. Amazon provided a replacementproduct, after I proved that I sent the defective product back to manufactureby UPS, using a Return Authorization. Thanks AMAZON for making this right.

Liteaid LA-268 Full Body Massage Pad was not at all what I had expected. While it is true that it is flexible, I was surprised at the cheapness of the little plastic rectangles on the pad surface. But what surprised me even more was the LOUD vibrating noise that the pad makes while in use. The noise factor alone made this product totally useless to me. I don't seem to be able to relax with all that noise. Previously, I had used a Homedix massager which bends in one place (for use in a chair). In my opinion, it is superior in every way. It is quieter, it has 3 options, full back, upper back, and lower back. You can place it in a chair or on the floor. It has really helped me. I wasn't able to use the Liteaid more than twice due to the noise, so I can't comment on its effectiveness as a massage pad.

It is UNBELIEVABLE that someone can actually sell these things and get away with it. Totally bogus. It's like lying on a couple of vibrating phones going off at different times. I was expecting something like my shoulder held Shiatsu . . . NOT even close. No rotating balls, just BZZZ BZZZ BZZ first on your legs, now at your head, now on your gluteous maximus! Crazy. It was so shocking, that I laughed about it. Showed it to all my friends. They laid on it like me and . . . couldn't stop laughing! So, it should be sold on the basic idea that laughing heals, not that it actually is any kind of massage!!! We did have a great time with it, though, before it ended up at the thrift store for some other poor sucker (since I could not find the time nor effort to get it back in a (big) box and return it. I was too tired from laughing.

LOVE this!! Great for an all over body massage at the end of a LONG day!!

Save your money. Makes more noise than anything else. It doesn't massage it just has little vibrations. Definitely not worth the money.

First on did not work, the second one does not work that well. Do not spend your hard earned cash on this product.
