Q: How strong is the smell of musk? Is it a top note?

The scent is very mild and somewhat nondescript. I went through it pretty quickly and have refilled the cute dispenser with other foaming soaps like “pink grapefruit”

Q: Is the liquid clear, blue, or yellow?

Sorry, I bought this a year ago as a gift, so I can't say for sure, but fairly certain the soap is clear (definitely not blue).

Q: Is the flamingo pattern on paper? I’m concerned that the paper will fade before the soap is gone.

The paper seems to be coated. I have the Christmas soap and it never faded. Also you wouldn’t want water splashes to dampen the paper so I think it’s somehow waterproof.
