Is Reef a good flip flop to wear around the pool on a cruise ship? Are they non slip?

I don’t think any flip flop style shoe is non-slip. If you need non-slip I would recommend a more sport-like sandal with straps that secure your foot and a heavier type sole. Reef flip flops are very comfortable but you could still slip in them on a wet surface.

If I usually wear a 7.5 should I go up to 8 or down to 7?

I would go up...I usually wear a 6.5 and the 7 fits me perfectly!

How do these fit for people with wide feet? I take a 10 wide so what size should I order?

I normally wear 8.5 medium and I got a size 9 and the straps are still very snug. More narrow than most sandals in my opinion. I say this because because many times flip flops are too wide for me and I have to return them. Definitely size up or consider a different sandal. They are extremely comfy though!
