The microphone has a humming sound when I use the hands free option. The Screen consistently going out on me like a CRT TV that is not getting the best signal. They would not provide any kind of warranty exchange or service with the Unit. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

I've had this head unit for about seven months now and now I can do a proper review. First of all things I don't like. When in call happens through your phone to the head unit if it's not on volume one it will blow your eardrums out there's no way I have found to turn down the volume when somebody's calling you I have children in the truck and it is the most miserable thing to hear it is so loud. Second thing I do not like I have noticed the sound quality was cut in half. It doesn't have very good high-definition quality to run low frequencies through your subwoofers or very good mids . The interphase on car kit does it allow you to control your Pandora Bluetooth or you're any live streaming music on your phone you have to exit out of the home app go into the Bluetooth settings to work through your phone you have to use the Bluetooth app kind of inconvenient then you have to exit out of that and go back to the home car kit. Things I do like the screen is nice touch sensitivity is good. It doesn't shake or rattle I would be giving more stars if it didn't blow my eardrums out when incoming call came in

The screen quality, touch screen and user interface are absolutely fantastic. There’s no other touch screen better than this one. Once I had it all in place I had some trouble getting the touch screen to work, but customer service was awesome and was able to walk me through the process and had it back to normal in no time. Excellent customer service and product.

Unit looks great, I've installed a dozen head units in the past, this unit comes with NO REAL SPEC DOCUMENTATION - NO WIRING DIAGRAM! - Had to figure things out based on my experience - Here are some NEGATIVES to chew on before you commit to buying this unit - <<<Display Touch is OK, but it is NOT BRIGHT ENOUGH during normal sunny day, even on max bright. <<<Nighttime dimming is a joke, even on lowest still a bit too bright.<<<Unit occasionally freezes and will not turn off<<<Applications randomly quit from time to time<<<You can add your own launcher, but good luck with that<<<<Default radio app looks horrible, perhaps there is another to use, I have not looked as of yet. Bottom line is: Unit looks great most of the time, but random freezing is simply UNACCEPTABLE when your driving. I've had the google maps quit on me in the middle of navigating to an address! That has NEVER happened before on my samsung phones or any Tablet I use! I have the latest ROM update, so it's the units ROM and mis-matched design - You may like this unit, but it will be glitchy when using it

the good bad and ugly. start with the good. In my opinion it really looks good in my car. The installer asked was it special made for Dodge Chargers. it plays movies and very good quality. Their customer service is very excellent. I had to buy a radio kit for my vehicle. Before selling me their product. They made sure I knew that I just could not put it in. They did not want me to waste my money and try very hard to get the exact wiring harness for me.THE BAD .!! I could not get it to mirror my phone. For some reason my steering wheel skip button only skips forward. No matter how I tried to program it. You have to take the whole screen off to put a CD or DVD in. But I don't know why you would use a DVD when you can put a hundred movies on a USB. The sound is not bad . But if you're all about the music you need a preamp or something to up your signal before it goes to your amplifier. overall I'm happy I bought it. And I would recommend someone else to buy it. I watch movies have my Nintendo Mini classic and I'm loving it when I'm stuck in my car.

Unit is okay. Installed it on a 2017 non jbl truck, uses the CB004 can bus for 14-19 tundras. Plastic housing creaks quite a bit, can get annoying when volume is low. Knobs on the sides for tightening down the screen tilt only go so far and still some play to it. Software for the most part is alright, every now and then when starting up the truck the unit seems to hang on the Dasaita boot screen. When it finishes loading up, it pops up the app not responding prompt, select wait or close app. Lots of customization to it, music does sound better after some fiddling with the EQ settings. Overall unit is decent, not great but not terrible.

Bought this console for my son as an early Christmas gift as he is away at college. This console does everything. My son sent a video of the console having a wood burning fireplace as he was driving through a Christmas decorated Speedway. It was awesome. He mainly wanted it for navigation and Bluetooth, but got a whole lot more. His older brother helped him install it and he wanted one for his car.
