No it doesn’t come with a harness. Just plug and wire terminal ends.

Is this 1/8" or 1/4" NPT?

I'm not sure. I think it was 1/8. I just used the fitting and mounted it on the firewall

Does this sensor measure negative pressure (vacuum) ?

Yes, it measures 1 bar of negative pressure to 4 bar positive.
