For the really thick sludgy build-ups that one finds on aircraft bellies - this is a viable product, BUT like most natural oil-based (citrus in this case) products, you need to follow several guidelines: 1) Do this work in WARM weather - as it will work better than on a frozen winter day; 2) Get a pair of rubber surgical or disposal gloves and googles as you will be working upside down; 3) DO not pre-treat or apply with any water - spray it at full strength onto the surface - it WILL adhere upside down; 4) Allow the product to dwell on the surface for 2 to 3 minutes so that it can begin to emulsify the gunk but not long enough to dry; 5) Agitate and work in the product with a soft nylon brush (perhaps a electric drill mounted round brush); 5) Wipe the resulting brown sludge away with microfiber towels (HAVE LOTS OF THEM HANDY) and DO NOT attempt to wash off with water - it will not work!!!!!; 6) Repeat the process as necessary to get through all layers of gunk. You can always do a final wash with normal airplane wash to take off the last bits. In short - it works, but it ain't easy. Good luck!

I used it initially on a Citabria I just purchased. The belly had not been cleaned in a long while and it took about half the bottle to clean the entire belly.I found it needs to be sprayed on and allowed to soak a bit, then scrubbed a bit to remove it. Heavily greased areas needed a second pass.However, once the initial cleaning was done, a quick wipe down after every flight or two is quick and easy anc can be done with a couple squirts on a towel.

Works great on the toughest of areas including fuel stains!

This stuff works really really well and it seems like a citrus base, not as toxic and funky on your hands

I have been trying to get some stubborn exhaust stains off of an aircraft belly. I tried simple green (regular and aircraft) as well as a few other cleaners and they didn't do much. This stuff took it right off with minimal work.

Would not recommend this product for fabric aircraft. Literally started taking the paint off my plane. Only reason I'm giving it more than 1 star, is because it works great for removing oil/hydro/gunk on metal.

Works great and hopefully it’s safe enough to use around water sources.

This stuff works amazingly! And it smells nice, other brands smell very badly, a joy to use and it worked well. What can I say? it works!
