I love this product the top is always damaged and will not pop up. It is not tightly packaged. Very disapointed in the delivery and packaging this item is expensive for me.

I've used this lotion for years; purchased it locally in dispenser bottles, and always liked it. When I saw that it as being discontinued, I bought a gallon bottle of it, then immediately bought a second bottle so that I wouldn't run out of it for a long time. So far, I have only used from the first gallon, but the lotion doesn't seem the same as what I always bought in smaller bottles. It leaves my hands as dry or drier than before I use it. So I am very disappointed that I purchased a second bottle (which is still wrapped in plastic from the shipper). The only way I can use it (from the first gallon) is to put some in a small dish and let it dry out a little. Even then, it doesn't make my hands feel comfortable, so I'm very disappointed with it and sorry I purchased the second gallon..
