My 3rd Bosca wallet, and the quality hasn't changed over the last 30 years of my using this wallet.

This is an incredible wallet. I purchased this for myself, as my Coach wallet had seen better days, and it appears that Coach no longer made the style I was looking for. I had never purchased a Bosca before, but I am very pleased with the craftsmanship, and how supple and well finished the leather is. I purchased the Cognac shade, and it is truly quite beautiful. While the Bosca nomenclature speaks about having natural "flaws" in the leather, I certainly could not find any. The stitching is fantastic, and as most others have commented, the scent of freshly tanned leather abounds. At present, I cannot speak to how well it will wear into the future although I have read plenty of reviews that attest to the durability of this wallet manufacturer. I do think you could easily spend more for a boutique "high end" wallet, but I am not sure you would be getting more value than this Bosca. Life is too short for cheap ugly wallets. Get a Bosca. And no, this was not a paid endorsement.

I am so impressed with this wallet! The quality and craftsmanship is outstanding! I moved everything from my old wallet to this new one, and everything fit nicely, and the great part is it seems about 30% thinner! I think the secret of that is the extra set of pockets are hinged on the end of the wallet instead of in the middle. That reduces the thickness of the wallet considerably! GREAT wallet!!

Bosca never disappoints. Very durable and looks great.

3/3/19 Edit: Below is my original review and I'd given the wallet 2 stars. After writing the review, I sent an email to Bosca customer service explaining the wear and condition of the wallet as described in my review. They promptly replied to me saying they were sending me a new wallet. Within about 6 days it arrived. So 5 stars for customer service and overall 4 stars given the initial issues. Let's hope this one lasts a lot longer. Bottom line is things do go wrong with products, it's all about how a company deals with it when they do, and Bosca came through big time. Initial Review: I'm writing this review after owning and using the wallet for just over three years. I do not use it every day as I work from home, and often use a money clip. That said, it has seen pretty consistent use. Overall the wallet is really nice and looks great on the outside. The features are also great in terms of slots for cards, ID and two separate money slots. However, I was really disappointed in the quality of the inside lining. I've included two pictures showing some of how the fabric has torn and separated from the inside back as well as the lining between the card slots and the money slot. It has basically fallen apart on the inside. This began at least a year and a half ago, and continued to worsen. So, it held up for about 18 months. I consider that pretty bad for what is supposed to be a high quality wallet. Guess I'll go back to my 20 cent money clip that never seems to wear out. Edit: I've contacted Bosca customer service inquiring about warranty repair. Their site indicates a solid warranty policy, so we'll see how this next step goes. I still think the wallet should not have failed as it did, but if they fix it, I'll update my review.

Great product. AAA leather. The box is very simple, but the most important is the quality of the product.
