My 12lb toy poodle-mix loves this Nature′s Recipe Grain Free Chicken! He had 10 teeth removed last year and I was a bit afraid the nuggets would be too big -- but he had zero problems. Wolfs it down, with a topper mixed in. Easy on his tummy too. Dinnertime is happy, pooch is happy, Mom is happy!

I was searching frantically for a dog food with healthy ingredients. My Beagle/mix was having severe problems wth yeast infection He smelled awful, and scratched all the time. Even though he was taking Vet prescribed flea/tick medicine - his scratching was continuous. I took him back to the Vet for the stinky, itchy problem, because I thought he had mange He diagnosed him as having yeast. Well, I gave him the itch medicine, along with the antibiotic for about 2 weeks. He did stop stinking and itching, but I knew it wouldn't last long. The antibiotics help, but it doesn't get to the root of tbe problem. I had been doing research and found that he had a "gut" issue. I found out that his diet was the reason the yeast kept coming back. I had to get rid of all the fillers, such as potatoes, corn, gluten, wheat, grains, soy, and fillers. I found this dog food, and decided to give it a try. He loves the taste, and he is no longer itching and scratching. I'm so glad to have found this product. This, along with medicated shampoo and raw treats has practically alleviated all his symptoms. Now, he won't have to stay on antibiotics - which were killing his gut flora. I will be buying more.

Our dog loves this. She was having issues with itching and getting sores and now she isn't. We put a spoonful of pure pumpkin mixed in also and she is a very happy dog!

This is one of the few foods my 15yr Heeler mix really LOVES. She has been eating it for a few weeks now and is very happy with it. I have three dogs who I try to keep healthy through diet and supplements and they are 15+, 11+ and our new kid 2 yrs. It isn't easy with all the unhealthy kibbles out there. I wish I could do more raw feedings but it is very expensive so I have to do a mix with dry kibble as the base. Nature's recipe for my oldest seems to be working just fine for her since she is VERY picky in her old age. The only complaint I have is the canola oil in it. It doesn't look like a big component on the ingredient list but I wish they would use something else. Canola oil is not good for us either. The price is very good as well.

My veterinarian approves of my new choice of food for my dog. She says to look for these letters on the bag AAFCO plus she said my dog needs some grains. Grain free is causing heart problems in dogs. Beside raw meat has a bacterium that mixes with the bacteria in the dog's mouth that is not harmful to dogs but is harmful to their humans.

Just the right size nibblets for a 20 pound dog.

Will have to return these as it’s not what I expected for my dogs
