Live in northern Michigan... 2 things in great quantities: rude ass tourists in summer -- zero sunlight in winter. This vitamin is essential if you live in a climate where sunlight doesn't hit your skin and this help your bod to produce vitamin D. It's changed our lives: I'm happier -- hubby not constipated!! Which also makes me happy! Good value, made in USA.

A brand I'm used to
Those who shop at Whole Foods stores are familiar with the "365" brand. And it's generally a good deal, as this one is. You get 250 vitamin D3, 1,000 IU softgels for thirteen bucks. I haven't found a better deal, especially from a brand I trust. I take two or three softgels per day (doctor's suggestion), so for me this is approximately 100 servings.

Packaging was clean and the gel caps are easy to swallow. Only downfall is safflower seed oil in it.
