Decent fan, moderate noise level, for the price. Questionable longevity.
I mounted this fan inside my microwave oven, to provide additional cooling across the magnetron. Since it was mounted in a structure surrounded by sheet metal, there was a noticeable hum caused by fan. It was noticeable, but not enough that I would consider loud the additional sound loud. The fan provided enough additional airflow to keep the new magnetron, from overheating. All was good for 3 months and 1 week, when it suddenly stopped working. It was during my wife's usage of it. So, when her liter water wasn't getting hot enough, she just kept running it and it damaged the magnetron.Yes, it was an inexpensive fan, but I would expect it to have lasted longer than 3 months, and there is no returning it now.I'm not saying my experience will be yours, but just keep this in mind if installing for something heat critical in nature.

Great for reptile incubators
I bought one of these to add air flow to a reptile incubator. The fan really helps with keeping temperatures stable throughout the incubator and eliminating hot spots caused by stagnant air.

Not very powerful
We bought this to use in our laser engraver enclosure. The fan is not very strong. It does a poor job of drawing out the smoke created by the machine. Will very likely return. It does seem quiet and if you don’t need it for an exhaust type set up, you’d probably be okay.
