Restaurant worker must have.
Flat, zero lift. Love this. Truly no slip, comfortable, cute, and very affordable. I only wish I'd gotten them sooner.

Dependable
They fit my now ex-girlfriend perfectly. 🤣Too bad she didn’t use them to get a job like projected and instead used them to walk out the door. Hell, if I’d had known that was gonna happen, I would a bought them months ago. Awesome shoes though, sleek style and overall a great investment for the right peruse of use. Recommended to many of my female coworkers. Affordable and Dependable.

Reliable Non-Slip Shoes for Long Shifts – With a Few Minor Trade-Offs
As someone who works long shifts on her feet in a fast-paced food service environment, I needed a shoe that could deliver on comfort, slip resistance, and durability. After wearing the Shoes for Crews Liberty Women’s Non-Slip Work Shoes for several weeks, here’s what I’ve learned:Pros:• Excellent Slip Resistance: The main reason I bought these—and they deliver. The outsole has a great grip on wet, greasy, or tile floors. I feel much safer walking through the kitchen and dish area, especially during peak hours.• Water-Resistant Upper: Spills are inevitable in food service, and these shoes are easy to wipe clean. Water beads right off, and I don’t have to worry about soggy socks during the day.• Comfortable Enough for Long Shifts: These have decent arch support and cushioning. I’ve worn them for 8-10 hour shifts without needing gel inserts. They’re not “pillowy” like athletic sneakers, but they’re far better than most budget work shoes.• Professional Look: Sleek, low-profile, and all-black. They match uniforms well and don’t scream “work shoe.”Cons:• Runs Slightly Narrow: If you have wide feet, consider sizing up or ordering the wide version. I have average-width feet and still needed to break them in for a few days before they felt fully comfortable.• Lacks Breathability: The water-resistant material doesn’t breathe much, so your feet may feel warm or sweaty by the end of a shift, especially in hot kitchens.• Not Ideal for Heavy-Duty Walking: While great for indoor restaurant or café use, they may not provide enough support for walking-intensive jobs or very long commutes on foot.Final Verdict:Overall, these Shoes for Crews Liberty Women’s Non-Slip Work Shoes are a solid choice if you’re looking for reliable, safe, and water-resistant footwear for food service or hospitality work. They excel in non-slip performance and look clean and professional. They may not be the most breathable or supportive shoe on the market, but for the price and purpose, they hit the mark. Just make sure to break them in and consider sock liners if foot heat is an issue.

Love these shoes
I load trucks at UPS and these shoes work great. Comfortable and last about 5 months.

Great shoes for long shifts at the beginning, not so much after long term use.
REVIEW UPDATES*FIVE MONTHS OF USE*For the past five months I have been using these shoes every day for a minimum shift of 5hrs, the longest shift being 13hrs. Even after five months they still provide great slip resistance and water repelling. However, my feet are now aching unbearably after each shift. I decided to buy several new insoles for arch support and none have worked so far. Sadly, tho a great shoe in the beginning, I will stop using these.*THREE MONTHS OF USE*After three months of use the shoes are starting to make my feet hurt a lot at the end of each shift, regardless if it's a 5 hour or 12 hour shift. I have purchased new insoles to see if this would make my feet feel better.Aside from that. The shoes continue to provide great slip resistance (I have yet to slip with these shoes) and great water proofing. I love those two features so far.*ONE MONTH OF USING THESE SHOES*I've been using these shoes for a month now and they have done wonders for my feet. They remain super comfortable, they proved to be very slip resistant; I have not slipped once since using these shoes while my colleagues continue to slip pretty frequently. I've also had drinks (including hot coffee) spilled over these shoes and not a single drop has ever gone thru. I am very pleased with my purchase so far.*ORIGINAL REVIEW*I work as a server with 12hr shifts and these shoes (along with compression socks) have made a huge difference on how my feet feel at the end of my shift. I do not feel pain in my arch nor in the foot in general. I have wide feet and these shoes feel very comfortable. They provide great support and have very good slip and water resistance. I ordered my usual size and they fit perfectly.

Great shoes for kitchen worker
I work in the kitchen and these shoes are amazing and easy to clean, they are anti slip, they felt tight for the first week but after using them for a while they fit really nice and are comfortable to work with for long hours

Do not waste your money and risk your health
The media could not be loaded. I bought these shoes from Shoes for Crews, but I do NOT recommend them. They're supposed to be comfortable for work, but from day one they've caused pain in my legs, ankles, heels, and even my toes. I'm used to wearing everything from sneakers to high heels, and I've never had a problem, but these shoes have caused me so much pain. And I can't even return them because I've already worn them twice. My money is wasted, and my leg and foot health are suffering, even though I'm not wearing them anymore.
