Life Water Ionizer Next Generation M11 Counter-top

I am definitely sold on the concept of alkaline (Kangan) water for its purity and health benefit potential. So I bought the Life Ionizer Next Generation M11 counter top model and have been very happy with it. The water is great tasting and crystal clear (you should see Dallas water in an old house before filtering it!) and it is easy to operate and maintain. Would not hesitate to recommend it to friends.

That was a huge mistake! When I did the two week Kangen Water test all my symptoms vanished and my wife and I were excited. I was dealing with several chronic issues that were beginning to interfere with my work and one incurable diseases lupus. I believed theses reviews and wanted to save 1000 dollars but shortly after getting my Life Ionizer I noticed my symptoms were coming back. I had convinced myself this machine was no different then the Enagic machine so I stayed drinking the water just increasing the amount. Well not only did things continue to get worse, I was in much more pain & discomfort then before and now I had a metallic taste in my mouth?I called the Enagic rep back and asked him what he thought. I thought he would be upset but he was very polite and understood us needing to save money. He explained that when his company took a life ionizer apart after getting a similar complaint they discovered heavy mold in all the lines and the plates were not medical grade titanium or even titanium because one plate was melted and the other plates were rusting. I was was pissed! He said he would bring me some 11.5 and 9.5 until I could get my money back and purchase an SD501.I was was surprised how nice he was and asked why he was so nice and he said it happened all the time? He said 10% of the people that try their water want to save money but eventually realize they are not getting the same results and come back to buy the real deal. He also explained if you don't have a way to manually clean the machine mold will build up in the lines and you will eventually get sick. I was 100% positive I was going to get my money back from Life Ionizers and I was shocked when they told me I was not eligible...I was pissed and we plan to sue because the salesman promised us they had a 100% money back guarantee, along with a life time warrantee.Nope! Not only did they not give us our money back but called us liars and hung up on us several times.. When I said I was recording the call the hung up immediately!So if your reading this trying to save a mere 1000 dollars over the real Japanese technology, that uses real medical grade titanium please save your self the heart ache. This has been a complete nightmare for us!Thank God I was able to find relief again with my new Sd501!

Works great and is so convenient. Great warranty, good people. I use it for purifying water and if you do, you can save water from both spouts at the same time. I'm a researcher and did a lot of research before buying. This is super high quality and I would question any review that bashes it and tries to sell the Enagic instead. A huge part of that $4200 is for the commissions paid out, not the machine. I always look for quality and have a great track record with finding quality and efficiency at a savings.The main problem people report on is the time it takes to get filters. I experienced that last time during the covid season. The easy solution to that is order them before you need them and don't put yourself under the gun. I had a problem with the pre-filter mount after a couple of years and they took care of me. Read the long testimony of the lady in her 70's who really likes the machine. Don't judge by the wait on getting the filters, order early.

I ordered my replacement filters on May 8 at the tune of $334.79. I heard nothing and called on July 9th and was told I would receive a tracking number the next week. I have called 4 times now, and on today's call was told they still don't have an estimated date of arrival. In fact, Cami said, "I'm not sure, I just answer the phones". Yet, she was the one to whom I was told to speak to get an answer about where my filters were. Today is August 26. It has been three and a half months with them keeping my money, and (by the way) the Life Ionizer is not working since the filters need replaced. Therefore, I have more money tied up doing nothing. There way zero compassion or caring on the phone call. More "sucks for you...this is what you can expect" attitude. I would highly recommend going with Kangen vs. Life Ionizer as I know several people that have them and have zero issues getting replacement filters or parts. The taste and performance are very similar.

Bought this unit from Life ionizers approx 5 years ago. Works great except now it is very hard to get filters from them. You have to wait months to receive them. They have lots of excuses for that issue but never solve it. I would never have bought one had I known the filters were so hard to get. If you look for other reviews on the net you will see other people complaining about the same issue. They keep sending me emails wanting me to upgrade to a newer unit. They think that I would buy another one from them when they can not even supply filters for the one I presently own!. I don't think so. BE AWARE!!!

We have had a few problems with our ionizer but the customer support has been so helpful and supportive in helping me fix any complications with the device. The water taste great and we use it every day! I highly recommend this to all my friends and family!
