Good quality but height an issue
The quality of excellent. It's neither too hard or too soft and doesn't sink in with weight, an issue I faced with other brands. The cost is a bit steep and isn't too great a value for money. For someobe with a 5.3" height like mine, the height is a little too much making it uncomfortable and almost tiring after half an hour of use.

This pillow(for sleeping) will make a big change but at a cost of little bit of comfort but np
If you want this pillow as sleep pillow, you might find it a bit uncomfortable depending on how good you position your neck on it, also if you use it on a single bed it takes away some of the height due to the plain portion on top. It's good when you get use to it. Definitely helps you with acid reflux, some of the neck pain.. these things get relieved.

UNDER WEIGHT OF THE PRODUCT VIS A VIS your AMAZON literature.
Against specifed wight of 3.186 Kg, it was 2.1 kg with packaging.Shortt in weight by 1.086.After removal of packaging the weight is 1.85 kg.I am let down.I had to take it, as i require for varicose veins treatment at Gurgaon, where i have come for stay for 4 months with my eldest son.Overall very poor and dissatisfactory note against Amazon and white willow, despite my first return this week beginning.
