Roman Empress Costume

Fit me perfect. Nice quality.

This costume exceeded my expectations! The fabric drapes nicely and feels comfortable, not scratchy like some costumes. The gold detailing really makes it pop, and it looks regal without being over the top. Sizing was accurate, and it paired perfectly with a gold leaf crown. I wore it to a toga-themed party and got compliments all night. If you’re looking for something classy, flattering, and fun, this is it! Good quality, looks just like the picture. Material is a little sheer where it's white but still good quality. Obviously really wrinkled because of being in packaging but just took a steamer to it and looked great! Fits true to size.

I was impressed with this costume; for the $25 I paid for it, I feel like I got a really good deal. The material is heavier than traditional "packaged" costumes and when I tried it on it fit great. A little snug, but mostly true to size. The arm bands have elastic in the back, so they don't actually encircle your arm 100%. In the picture it is hard to tell. The white is definitely see-through; I have a tattoo on the front of my hip that is clearly visible through the dress despite the quality of the material. But the back is dark, and the contrast of red and white fabric along the side seam also gives a very slimming illusion to the fit of the dress. Intriguing and perhaps a little dirty- just the way a Halloween costume ought to be.... ;)

Pulled this out of the bag to try it on before New Year’s party and it has previously been worn and returned. The bottom is dirty where it has drug on the ground and been stepped on.

My mom looks so pretty in this! Simple and elegant, not expensive and doesn’t look cheap!
