It is so difficult to find spearmint tea bags in the grocery store. So I was delighted to find these spearmint tea bags to use for making iced tea. These tea bags make a flavorful, pleasing, tasteful, delightful pot of tea. They are individually wrapped and easy to open. However, I have yet to unravel the way to dislodge the string from the tea bag. For the time being, I immerse the tea bag in the hot water, string and all, and fish for the bag after the tea has brewed. It is a quirk I have gotten used to and it will mot deter me from purchasing these tea bags again as I appreciate the opportunity to make a thirst-quenching pot of refreshing spearmint tea.

This is tasty. A little spendy for what you get, but not terrible.

Delicious tea and decent for the price. Wish they had a bigger box though as I usually drink two cups a day and have to buy two boxes for the month. I’ve been drinking it mainly to help with my skin. It’s also calming and great before bed.

I have not been drinking this long enough to see PCOS results, but I have felt a lot better energy wise when I drink a cup in the morning. So many women, and studies, have show spearmint tea helping PCOS symptoms so I am here to try it. I will update once I have answers (if I remember to)!UPDATE: I drink 2 glasses now: one in the morning before and one in the afternoon/evening. Still helps with my energy and I have seen some facial hair decrease. Will probably continue to drink this everyday :)

UPDATE:Ive been drinking 2 cups a day religiously for 5 months and my acne has cleared up 95%. I get maybe 1-2 pimples around my cycle, but thats IT! I’m now working on lightening my acne scars but my confidence has skyrocketed. I can actually leave the house without a face full of foundation now! I will never stop drinking this tea.I am completely shocked with my results only two days into drinking this tea. I have PCOS and have had stubborn hormonal acne for nearly 10 years. I’ve tried everything short of accutane, and nothing has worked. Every morning when I wake up I have 2-5 new cystic pimples. Every. Single. Morning. After my first day of drinking this tea (I had 3 cups) I woke up and didn’t have a new breakout! Not even 1! My face still has a long way to go as far as healing and having clear skin, but this is a great start. I will be purchasing more and continue to drink it daily.
