What's there to say? Add water, stir, let sit. Add the included packet of sugar and BOOM! A reasonable tasting creme brulee that I can take to work and leave in a drawer for those times when things get crazy and I need a quick pick me up. Yes, I know this is more commonly used with camping and outdoor fun, but I can also recommend it for pretty much anytime. If you're watching calories, please remember to check the packet for more information. Good for protein too!Just remember to remove the little packet inside that helps keep the powder powdery and safe to eat if stored for long periods of time.

Make sure to use cold water. I did not pay attention and used hot like most freeze dried foods. It was still good. Will try again sometime.

I got this cause is gluten free and my husband and I were in 3-day camping trip. We loved it. It tasted delicious, true to crème brûlée. Size is ideal to share with someone. Easy to prepare, it does get a little bit sticky, but nothing the water can’t clean. Price for quality it was great. And recommend is you want to have a treat while camping.

Recently I had this item twice while on a backpacking trip in the Sawtooth mountains. Prep was easy as was cleanup since you prep in the bag and eat it straight out of the bag. Mixing is a little tedious since it's a powder and you don't have THAT much room to vigorously stir it. I did accidentally fling some powder around the first time I mixed it. But the flavor....on point and one of those things that just puts a smile on your face when you're out in boonies and missing some home cooking. The little sugar crystals (the brûlée part) it comes with to sprinkle on the top are a nice added bonus.

It doesn’t taste bad but it doesn’t taste good either, the taste is of powder milk, nido specifically it is very loose like a thick milk in some parts and like foamy in others, it said pour water and stir, let it sit so that’s what I did… I even left it in the fridge to improve texture but that didn’t help…

It was delicious!
