Tasty!
These are great for snacking on right from the can. Much crispier and tastier than chow mein noodles! It's just too bad that they're not available in #10 cans. Such cans are made, but I've only seen them at commercial food service suppliers. At least I can buy these little canlets by the case here on Amazon.

La Choy is highly trusted, noodles smaller than typical but excellent
Smaller noodles than those you buy at the supermarket in a paper can or bag, but no lack of flavor or usefulness. I like the smaller 4-ounce cans these crunchy noodles come in: easier to store on the shelf. Noodles appear a little darker than the store-bought variety, but have the same flavor. Not oily. Excellent for adding to stir-fry or Asian soups a few minutes before serving. Excellent snack! Thinking of making up a trail mix with these crunchy noodles, Wasabe peas, dried seaweed, dried shrimp, cashews, Rice Puffs and whatever else. Something different for fishing, hunting or hiking. La Choy makes excellent food products. These are a good buy, taste great and are convenient to store.

Glad these crunchy noodles are still available and I can get them on Amazon
Glad I could find these on Amazon, as stores where I shop no longer carry them, and I was happy when a friend told me they are still available here. They're crispy and are actually not just "rice," but product changed to include wheat. They're a bit on the salty side, but still are great to top on Asian dishes, or just for munching!

Good noodles
We love these chow mein noodles.

These are the best.
Love these, because they’re light, and crunchy - not like the fatter chow mein style noodles. My local store no longer carries them, so now I'm fully stocked.

Love these and can’t find them in stores
UPDATE 9/21/24 — While I still think these are very good noodles, I noticed they are made with partially hydrogenated vegetable oil that is bad for cholesterol and heart health so I’m subtracting a star because they probably could be made without partially hydrogenated oils and could be much healthier. Too bad and I no longer buy them because of this. We gave these a shot based on reviews and are now hooked. We use them in soup, on salads, and even eat them right out of the can as a crunchy snack. We much prefer these to the standard noodles because they’re thinner and crunchier and don’t have the somewhat dry and chalky texture of the thicker noodles. I only wish they were available in larger sizes as they’d probably be cheaper and cause less packaging waste, but we love them nonetheless. I haven’t been able to find them in any stores around here so I’m glad they’re available on Amazon.

Why do grocery stores never have these!?!?!?!
I love them so much. Grocery stores in the Milwaukee WI area never carry them or if they do, the little area on the shelf is out of them. I saw these on Amazon and the price is great, and I will absolutley take 12 cans! The expy date is about a year out, that is not really too concerning for me for a product like this that is sealed but it is nice that it is that far out. The package came shipped well, no damage. I have occasionally gone to a local GFS warehouse if you have any in your area, and get the big, I don' know what it is called, the big big, restaurant size can of these (24 oz doesn't sound like a lot but a can that fits 24 oz of these is huge). For that can, you have to use a can opener to open and you are not able to reseal so I transfer to a storage vacuum container. That can is about $9 at GFS. Ounce per ounce is cheaper but I have to run about to get to the GFS and then do the transfer for the storage. I am about saving money but in this instance, it is fine. I figure 12 cans will last me a year and this price is about 1.30 per can. I can't recall grocery store price for this size (because they are never in stock!!!!) but I feel like it was more than 1.30. Thank you Amazon for carrying these!
