dont waste your money

i am going to give you an honest opinion about this book based on over 20 years of experience with the use of anabolic steroids.this is a poor, inaccurate piece of work by a person who hasn't taken the time to study the effects of steroids in the real world, on real users. you can gather more detailed info on the internet. please dont waste your money with this book. go and buy some protein powder instead. you have been warned!
