A very good tool except for one thing.
I knew about this problem with the tool by reading other reviews. The spare tool holder built into the handle does not secure the tool bit very well. Using it last week, I found the 66 bit on the floor as I was scrambling around trying to finish the cabling job I was tasked with. My thoughts are to replace the mechanism with one from my other old tool. Or just transfer the 110 and 66 bits to my old trusty blue and Yellow handle that just needed fresh bits.

Good In Theory, Slightly Flawed In Application
As mentioned by a previous reviewer, the blade on the cutting end of the 66 punch down bit notches very easily. In fact, it did so on the first 66 punch down I performed with it. This appears to be a result of the edge being poorly prepared by the company that made the actual bit. I was able to easily rectify this using a metal file and a blade sharpener. It now functions perfectly and I don't expect to have any further issues with it as I have performed more than a dozen 66 punch downs hence and the edge has not notched. However, I believe a tool should work from the start without needing any modification or refinement on the part of the user unless they are made aware of this need before purchase. If your work is mostly 110 punch downs with an occasional 66 punch down and you don't mind correcting the flaw in the 66 bit this tool is probably a good bet. If your work is mostly 66 punch downs with some 110 punch downs you'd probably be best served by avoiding this tool and purchasing something more reliable.Another issue is the Hi/Lo impact setting. It is unusually difficult to adjust this tool from Lo to Hi, although going from Hi to Lo is not as trying. If you plan to leave it on one setting most of the time this is probably a non-issue, but if you plan to change the Hi/Lo settings frequently you may find using this tool to be rather frustrating.

Value earns the 5 Star
Is this the best punch down tool? No. Does this tool get the job done? Yes Will this tool stand up to commercial service work? Maybe not quite as long as some higher priced options. But if taken care of, it should last quite a long time. The blades have a good life to them. I've worn out other blades after only 300 pair. This set has far surpassed that. I couldn't have asked for a better tool at this price. I'm thoroughly impressed.

Gets the job done
This is obviously not top of the line but it will get the job done. The other blade that it comes with that is stored in the opposite end keeps falling out of mine which is rather annoying, ive almost lost it a few times. Also the blade you punch down with seems to be getting looser and looser for me and will occasionally twist out of position, or twist when i am punching things down. It was cheap and it gets the job done, but its no Fluke. If you dont want to spend a lot of money but are looking for a punch down tool to occasionally use, then this is for you. If you punch down daily, buy something better.

Can't beat the price
This isn't the greatest punch down tool ever, but for the price you can't really beat it. I needed a punch down for an odd job of about 100 network drops and it handled the job just fine. I this is a get what you pay for gig. So if you need one for long term use I would suggest spending a few extra bucks. But overall I was very happy with the product and price.

Just as good as the one from Home Depot
It is not the best punch down tool I have used but it gets the job done. It worked for the entire job that I just did for about 160 connections. It feels a little light and the end sometimes twist when you don't want it (-1 star) but all in all a good buy.

110 blade is outstanding, 66 blade is not
the 110 blade works great. the 66 blade after just a few days of use has a noticeable groove where the wire hits and gets cut off. other people in my class that have the same punchdown tool (also from Amazon) have the same thing happening with their blade. looking at the fluke and other tool blades they look near new.everything else about the tool seems good. no complaints about the recoil, blade storage, or the quality of the 110 blade.if youre using this for a class then this is a great value. if youre using this for a career then buy something else.

Works fine but used not new
Good price, item arrived on time, cut the few 66 block terminations I had just fine with no indentations on the blade, free shipping. Low rating because the tool was listed as new and was obviously used. Must have been a return that was not looked at too carefully. The handle had black stains rubbed in from hard use. The blades we incredibly dirty and oily. The kind of greasy grime you find on an engine block. Even after cleaning it left grime on the terminal block connections. More hassle to return than use for the 20 or so terminations that I had so I kept it.
