Love this product. I took it and not only have more energy but also don't feel like pigging out and eating junk food. It tastes pretty good too... although maybe a little too sweet but then I just use a bigger water bottle and dilute it more. Gotta try a different flavor later. After about a month, just bought my second box. Lost about 7lbs. BUT of course you gotta eat right and exercise. Nothing can replace that. But if you are eating right and working out, this totally enhance your diet or muscle building plan. :-)

I usually have to eat before getting to work otherwise I feel weak and even get bad headaches, I tried just about everything, so I came across these Skinny Stix, put it in my bottled water and chugged, the taste of berry makes it easy to drink, real smooth. I noticed my appetite was gone, my headache went away instantly and I even had energy. This is my third day, hopefully I will keep taking it, I mean it works, good stuff.

I think this item so far is ok I have not used it long enough to know only a few days so will see but so far, its good and flavor is delicious, and I do have more energy and eat better along with exercise to obtain ultimatum results.

I cannot say enough about the Electric Lime Skinny Stix drink. This is my favorite second only to the Tangerine- which unfortunately has not been available for some time. These mixes seem to come and go, but I'm hoping they keep them on the market. I do not like the berry. That one is gross to me. As for the Lime and Tangerine, I've found that I prefer them best at a higher dilution. The instructions say to add to 16oz cold water. For me, that is too strongof a flavor. Although, it would be a good concentrationfor freezing into ice cubes. I will do that and use them so the ice doesn't over dilute the flavor. I usebetween 24-32oz, and found the flavor is the best. It also gets me to drink more water that way! I hope they keep selling this as well as resupply the Tangerine.

The product is easy to use, taste good, smells yummy did not make me sick and I saw nice results in 2 weeks help me keep my appetite at bay. Will be buying again.

First week in and my stomach and face feels and looks less bloated. I find it best too drink it with 20 fl Oz instead of the recommended 16.9 Oz. Because It softens the flavor. I found it to be hard on the throat when I used it in a standard plastic water bottle . so I instead use my 20 fl Oz flask instead to dilute the flavor. It does not upset my stomach. I do not experience diarrhea. And I also replaced this drink with my morning coffee because of the reviews of negative side affects when combining this with coffee.

The taste is not so bad. Tastes better when it’s super cold. And the color is more of a brownish red/pink. It do gives a pinch of energy, i find myself moving around more in the kitchen when cooking and doing extra. Overall we all have different tastes bud. With me trying many things in the past, its not that bad. Drinkable!

Good but crystal lite good as well. Cheaper too!
