Good and does the job, just a bit delicate.
Very impressed with this product. It keeps the ring doorbell 1 fully charged. It is basically a really long usb charging cable with a phone style usb plub at the wall end. Just one thing to remember is that the hole in the wall that you feed the cable through has to be quite big. You need to squeeze the end of the usb through the hole. (it is a tiny miniature version but it still needs a reasonably large hole).All in all very impressed and a good alternative to taking the bell off every few weeks to charge it.Update after 12months of ownership.I moved house so took it down. Tried to fit at the new house and managed to break the end off the cable (the ribbon USB plug end). Not really a fault of the product but me being too rough with it. Just be careful with the end as it's quite delicate. Another is on order and will be fitted, very carefully when it arrives.

Easy to install
Initially had a hiccup with my order ( never arrived) but fantastic communication with the company and second one dispatched. Easy to install, I was getting fed up of having to charge my battery every week.Charged my battery attached the cable, secured the cable with self stick cable clips, plug in and my battery health has remained at 100% since. Delighted, highly recommend however, strongly advice you treat the cable that attaches to the Ring gently and like me you will never have to charge your ring battery ever again. Brilliant!!!

Installed really easy, do not like design of power pack. But easily swapped

It's good to know whose at the door
This Ring Video Doorbell was easy to install. It's value for money.On an android phone the notification doesn't come up on the locked screen as it does with an iPhone. Other than that it's easy to use.Thank you

Not suitable for Ring 2 doorbell
Advertised as compatible with Ring 2 doorbell but this is not the case, by the time I came to fit I had passed the return date so waste of time
