I now have 3 of them in the house. Some people complained that they are not warm enough, but in my opinion they give just the right amount of heat. They are not meant to heat the entire bathroom, just the towel or whatever you put on them to dry and warm. I also like the option of hardwired install, which is why I selected this model in the first place. It obviously takes more effort than plug-in, but not hard to do if you have basic knowledge about electrical installation. Otherwise, better call a professional. The latest unit somehow shipped without the hardwired kit, but the seller promptly resolved the issue by shipping the necessary hardware to me. I am 100% satisfied and will order again if I decide I need another unit somewhere.

This is a great towel warmer for a smaller area. I can fold a large towel in half and hang it on the top bar. Next to it I can fit a washcloth (folded in half) and a hand towel (folded in half) below the washcloth. With only 2 of us in the house this is a perfect setup. Our towels dry nicely after a bath/shower. No more musty smells from them. It is warm to the touch but to get an actual burn you would need to keep you hand on it for a while. We leave it on 24/7. I will say its LOVELY in the cooler months. Because the large towel is longer than the unit it only gets a bit warm in the center, but we use this more for drying purposes. The hand towel get warmer as it is smaller. I put the nice warm hand towel across the back of my neck while drying with the large towel. It warms me up and makes me happy. I recommend this towel warmer for smaller bathrooms.

I would say this gets warm but not hot, so need to turn it on for a while to dry out the towel or turn on plenty ahead of time if you want it warm prior to using. Otherwise we love it! Looks nice!

This gets very hot to the touch, but my towels don't get hot. I don't know what I am doing wrong - i weave them in and out of the slots too and maybe I am not leaving them on long enough? It was easy to install and looks sleek but not functional so we don't use it for the warming feature only to hang the towels

We had one of these hard wired installed and it works great. Heats up nicely. We did opt to hardwire it and used an electrician to do that, but everything was included and he had no problem installing it.

Barely heats towel. tall lawn it several times. First time we left the towel on about 10 minutes then we left it longer like 20 minutes and it never gets any hotter. The rack itself is quite warm, but the heat just dissipates and does not make the towel very warm or keep it very warm. We used to have a warmer in a box with a lid on the floor and it was very very nice. Sorry that we gave that away now and tried this because it’s very disappointing.

Boy, did I search this one over & over, again. I went with SHARNDY because the reviews are top notch. I agree 100%! I placed this in an smaller bathroom in our home where I use the adjoining room often. I had limited space, but wanted great performance. I purchased the double bars in sets of three unit, which I believe to be well worth it. My towels are completely warm. I put the metal legs on myself that sets to the wall, my husband finished the install. I plugged it in and felt warmth almost instantly. It's pretty, warms well & fits my space perfectly!

I'm happy with my towel warmer! It's a good thing to have, I love it! I have been using mine for the last 2 years. I also bought a bigger one for my children's home. The pug-in is ugly and needs to be replaced with the hard-wired part.
