Just symptom relief and light at that.

Q: Can you use this during period to prevent dryness from tampons and maintain PH balance?

I don’t see why not. I use it for a yeast infection. They also sell natural vaginal creams (V-Magic) that may help alleviate dryness during period better than this. I believe this cream is intended to be an alternative to anti-fungal treatment.

It contains beeswax, so unfortunately it is not vegan.
