This is a handy training tool. Our dogs respond well to it and we are using it to help teach our newest canine family member loose leash walking. It could be improved, in our opinion, by making it easier to advance the treat -- maybe by pushing rather than the required twisting motion of the dial? It would also be useful to be able to attach the cap to the bottom of the tube when it's in use and thus make better use of the tether. We store our tubes on the refrigerator and that works well. Well worth a try.

My dogs are obsessed with this treat. They love it. It is really useful too. It makes it easy to get a dog to hold still if you need to do something like trim their nails or hair or anything like that. If you have one person hold the treat still, the dog will typically just stay there licking it so the other person can do the nail clipping or whatever. The dogs seem to love how it tastes. It looks a little gross, but that's not a big deal for me. It's also really convenient if you don't want to carry around treats on the go (so your pockets don't smell like dog food). I have four dogs and they all tried to chew on it at first but eventually they figured out to lick it.

My dog loves this! And I find it a lot easier to carry around than a bunch of treats I only gave it 4 stars because I also tried to give it to another dog who couldn't wrap his head around just licking it so this treat may not be for everyone. It was a little bit bigger than I expected but that didn't really bother me.

dog seemed to like it but it was difficult trying to get him to lick and not bite. my dog seems to want to actually eat something for a treat and not just give it a lick but you may have a different result. give it shot, why not?

I like the concept and design, but none of my dogs were even remotely interested in it. This is very abnormal for them, as they will usually eat anything, including vegetables.

This is a great treat to use when training your dog. I choose this over the big box lick treats due to the limited ingredient list and the fact our dog has issues with grain. While not labeled as grain-free, our dog does not experience any digestive issues with this product. He absolutely loves this treat and would lick it all day long if you let him. Highly recommended.

Handy but I probably won't order it again. I don't have dogs who need to watch calories closely or I would be more excited about this product.

I have a food motivated dog. Gains weight easily. Always thinks she is starving b/c she is a rescue. This has been a blessing to train her with. She loves it and I don't have to worry about her gaining weight as I do with giving her treats to train her
