Damp Rid takes care of mold caused by high humidity or wet conditions.
Damp Rid works. If you have a problem with mold in your rooms or closets, just set a container of Damp Rid in the area and don’t worry about it. When the container fills with the remnants from the Damp Rid, just empty it and forget it.

Great refillable DampRid bag!
This 42oz DampRid Refillable Bag was a gem to find! I have multiple DampRid Moisture Containers around the house. In the past once it was done doing its job I’d dump it & recycle the container. Silly me I had no idea there was a refillable bag full of crystals! One container of DampRid is 10.5oz. This refillable bag fills 4 containers perfectly! The price is fabulous along with the fact I don’t have to buy the actual containers anymore. The bag is designed to refill the containers with no mess. It has its own seal which secures it nicely. For extra security I do fold down & attach a clip. Under my kitchen sink it goes ready for the next refill. The “Fresh Scent” is also delightful. I highly recommend for all of the above reasons!

Great product!
This product does it exactly what is advertised. It pulls all of the moisture from the air in my home. I would have given 5 stars if the packaging was better. The resealable bag is not resealable. I thought maybe it was just a defect in the bag I had but every bag I purchased after that was the same. I ended up putting them inside of ziploc bags to avoid spilling them.

Does the job
I'm amazed at the water that I dump out of the container every week. I put it in the master bathroom closet & under the kitchen sink. The price on amazon is better than local retailers. I like the scent. It's very convenient to use.

Does the job plain and simple!
Start off with the little Damp Rid cups that come with a small bag of drier to use in them. Then switch to these refills that are much more economical. They do the job. If you have a closet or some closed up space that tends to get a little musty or develop some mold, this will end the problem. I've found two of the Damp Rid cups are enough for a small closet. Three or four will tackle a bigger closet. You can refill between 3 or 4 cups with one of these bags. It seems how quickly its used up depends on how often you open and close the space and how much of a moisture problem you have. They work for me. Other than spending several hundred dollars on a couple of electric dehumidifiers I don't know what you could do. That would be overkill for me because I don't have a whole house dampness problem.

Take High Humidity Out Of A Room -- No Sweat!
Having lived in Southwest Florida since 1981 with its constant heat and high humidity, we've learned a few tricks to help keep collectibles in unairconditioned rooms from getting mildewed and/or rusting. As an example, our youngest daughter is temporarily living in Rhode Island where they are having snow and low 30's for temperatures. Meanwhile we are enjoying record heat in the mid-90's with blooming spring flowers and fast growing grass. Since we have a storage area in our "basement" (actually the ground floor under our elevated living space) that is not air conditioned, we had to figure out a way to properly preserve our collectibles ranging from antiques to paintings. That's how we discovered the effectiveness of DampRid. Since we began using this product we have had no problems with mildew or rust in this room. The main thing to keep track of is how quickly the DampRid containers can fill up with water. I put it on my calendar to check them once a month and empty/refill the ones that need attention. We use everything from the hanging units to the big four pound tubs. So we buy a lot of refill bags. The price of this purchase was the best we could find so we bought a bunch. Can't go wrong with this product. Another trick we learned to help keep the moisture down in our unairconditioned garage is to put in a size- appropriate dehumidifier next to a garage door and feed a plastic tube through the small opening where the door meets the concrete to allow the unit to drain without having to empty the drain pan periodically. All you have to do is to check the unit once in a while to verify that it is still running and that the tube is properly connected and not plugged up,

Does the job
We use DampRid to keep in our motorhome while it's in storage. It keeps humidity down and makes the rig smell better. The refill bag is just right to keep our tubs full.
