I travel a lot for work so my likelihood of getting sick is always high. I keep this on deck because the amount of times I’ve come home feeling like I’m about to get sick, doctors should study. I always use this when I start to get that post nasal feeling, and while you will still get sick, it definitely lightens the severity and helps you get over it more quickly. I had a cold that only lasted 3 days thanks to zicam. I’ve tried the meltable tablets and the nasal spray, and I’d say the nasal spray is much more effective and works more quickly. If your sinuses are inflamed, prepare yourself for the burn I think due to the menthol. It’s really not pleasant but I’m telling you it’s worth it.

I’m not someone who normally buys into homeopthic stuff, but I have to be honest, this spray has become something I reach for whenever I feel that scratchy throat turning into a cold feeling starting up. It’s also truly no-drip, which makes it way more comfortable to use than most nasal sprays. I can’t scientifically prove what’s happening here, but in my own experience, using this early on seems to help stop that sore-throat-to-full-cold slide more often than not. Even if it were “just water,” keeping the nasal passages hydrated and clean feels beneficial. Either way, it’s gentle, easy to use, and feels good whn you’re starting to feel run down.
