Perfect!!!
My 3 year old loves these play dough toys! The tools - rolling pin, pizza cutters, rollers - are good quality, durable plastic. These were inexpensive but nothing like the typical cheap toys made with brittle plastic. Some of our play doughs were a bit on the drier side but he is still able to get them rolled and cut out with these. And the the cookie cutters are made of a softer yet still durable plastic. Some reviewers complained of them being tiny, not a complaint to me. 1 &1/2 inches is perfect. My son loves making numerous shapes at once and he's able to make a whole family with pets with theses. We have a larger set of play dough cookie cutters and you have to use so much play dough to make one shape, and since we only use about 8 ounces at a time, he runs out play dough after making only 1 or 2 shapes. These are perfect for us....yes I play with him too, and I love rolling out the dough and making the cute little animals!

Daughter loves these
I purchased the set of tools so that my 2-year old daughter could use them. The variety of tools kept her busy for over an hour when we first gave them to her. My 12-year old niece also came over and played with them. We've only had them for a few days, but these tools have already provided several hours of entertainment. Also, the tools themselves are well made and durable. The tools are able to withstand the wear and tear that a little kid puts on them. The customer service is excellent. I was emailed by a representative on the company just to make sure there were no issues and that I was satisfied with the product.I highly recommend this product.

Lots of fun for my 3 years old
I really like this set, really makes playing with playdoh much more fun for my 3 years old daughter. She is still little and dont really know how to create figures on her own so the variety of shapes in this set is perfect for her, helps her create figures and enjoy playing. The roller and cutting tools help her learn how to roll and cut, the only problem is with one of the roller tools (the one that has the yellow handle and red roller) that one is useless, it is very flimsy, basically falls apart when you try to use it (and that is the only reason I am rating 4 stars) but the other roller tools do the job. I have discovered how much my daughter likes to play with play doh thanks to this, actually they are my secret weapon when I need her to sit and play quietly for a while hehe. I recommend it.

Great value
We've actually bought 2 sets (one for our house and one for my mother in law's). There are a lot of tools for the price. My 2 year old daughter will sit and play with these/playdo for a long time (30 -45 minutes). They are safe and we've v been using them since she was about 20 months old. Might be a little less exciting for older kids (though her cousins 3,5, and 7 have enjoyed them too).

Great set for play-doh activities.
My granddaughter loves to have her own set of "cookie cutters" and I am very happy to not have to constantly clean play-doh off my own cookie butters. This set has a nice assortment of shapes and cutting and shaping tools. The cutters are sharp enough to cut out the shape smoothly, but not so sharp that the edges would hurt a child and the whole set can be stored along with the containers of play-doh. The only piece whose durability I'm in doubt about is the roller and you would not be able to use that on a dough or clay that is firmer than play-doh.

This is NOT "exceptional" quality.
I hate being lied to. With that said, my son loves playdough and everything having to do with it and if I take these little things away from him (Uh...he's 2.5 yo) he will NOT BE very happy with me...but he can't figure out why he can't get the shapes to look like actual things...because they're so thin and tiny, he can't get his tiny fingers in them to push out the dough. This wouldn't be an issue for me at around $5...and that's way more than this set is worth. But $15?! I thought this was going to be a nice big set with nice big thick cookie cutters. I really want my money back...and I'm angry that I have to take it from my son.

I got this for my young boys who love playing with dough
I got this for my young boys who love playing with dough. We like the molds, they are great. However, the tools are repetitive and it seems like a better variety could've been better. Two rolling pins, two handled rollers, a knife and a tool with a knife. I would've rather had a roller that makes a pattern or some sort of an extruder.
