Zinna Mix from Encap - 4-in-1 Mix, Open-Pollinated, Non-GMO, with Instructions for Planting a Beautiful Garden

I’m not sure what “thickness” means in review questions. I sowed these over a month ago and most if not all germinated and are growing big. I’ll let you know the size of the blossoms when they bloom. I wanted large zinnias good for cutting, and these may be it! Worth the money, so far. I’ll post photos when they bloom.Only ONE zinnia so far had many-layered petals Like on the package — that orange one in back. It was large and bloomed weeks before any others. Yes these all germinated, but most are not as big as those pictured on the bag -- they’re healthy, but fewer layers. Still they are beautiful and I'm overall happy. I'm still hunting for truly giant zinnias. I’d change to four stars.

I bought two bags and put them into a grass seed broadcaster. The area that was planted was tilled first and the seeds were just flung onto the dirt and watered. I guess I didn't realize there was still grass seed in the broadcaster because there is a huge patch of lovely glass in the middle but the rest is flowers. The coverage was better than I expected. They started blooming around the first of July and are still blooming continuously a month later. I will buy this product again and plant a larger area. The flower patch is constantly filled with butterflies, bees, and hummingbirds. This is exactly what I wanted for this area of my yard!

This is the 4th year I've used this product. So much easier then seed packs. And the results are beautiful flowers!

Followed the directions. Seeds grew very slowly and then died before flowering

the year before we purchased a bag of the Zennia mix, my garden was beautiful. This year i purchased the same item. Not one seen germinated, complete waste of money.

Planted seeds as instructed. Never was a change in color of the granules that let you know if needed water....stayed green straight from bag & after heavy watering. Also, less than a 4th of seeds germinated. They were sown after temperatures were above 59* .

All filler, no seed.

So easy. Raked the ground, sprinkled the mix and voila Zinnas. Will reorder next year.
