D-Shaped White Toilet Seat Cover with Soft Close & Quick Release Hinges, Polypropylene (PP) Loo Seat

Easy to install. Looks like it is good quality and fits the toilet perfectly. Instructions, although some of the instruction are poorly translated in parts, the illustrations are easy to follow - it was my first time installing a toilet seat and didn’t have anything go wrong! Easy to remove seat for cleaning. Only criticism is the lid is slightly flimsy but doesn’t seem like it will crack etc.

I am only leaving this review, because of all the negative comments I have read, which I do not understand. What do you want for £20? Unbeatable value, including delivery! It does exactly what it is supposed to do. VERY, VERY, easy to fit. With removable seat and cover VERY easy to clean. The soft close works fine, despite comments to the contrary. I have given four stars instead of five, because it is not as solid and lighter in weight than similar more expensive toilets seats I have seen, but so what, they cost between £40 and £60!!

Took literally 2 minutes to install after I took the old one off, and that's because I didn't read how to release once it clicks and had to adjust it a bit. Goes down slowly, no smashing, sturdy for the price (hard plastic, not flimsy). The only "if" that I could say is that the upper seat doesn't stay 90 degrees up for me, just a little bit forward but it doesn't close itself. Very happy with my purchase.

Seat easy to install, albeit a bit faffy to get in the right position. Toilet seat is thin plastic, not confident it will last very long, but does the job for the time being. I wouldn’t recommend sitting on the top when the seat is closed as it will break. Size ok but it’s not perfect. I would say, pay a little more and get something a bit more sturdy.

Struggled to find a replacement seat which was the right size and then eventually found this one which matched the dimensions required. However whilst the toilet seat fits the dimensions the actual seat hovers above the ceramic bowl of the toilet by about 2 cm. I see another reviewer says the same - wish I’d read it before purchasing. The seat hovers because the fittings sit too proud and cause the seat to raise. The product is cheaply made and feels cheap especially the fittings which are sharp on the edge. The finish of the edges of the lid and seat are dreadful with visible tool marks that make it look like it’s been roughly filed.

When I opened this they looked and felt really plastic and not very sturdy, I was disappointed but all my other toilet seats caused me nothing but problems moving around or falling off so I thought I would give these a go. Easy to fit and I’ve had these on for 3 weeks now on 2 toilets and they haven’t moved an inch. They are nice to sit on and easy to clean, they can be a bit fiddly to remove from the pins as you have to have the angle right. I wouldn’t sit on the closed toilet seat when it’s down though as this is not sturdy enough plastic.

Fantastic product for the money. Seems a good design to have a rubber sleeve around the bolt to protect them over the passage of time. Fixtures easily installed, instructions could use a little work as were a bit to brief.
